Did you know you can make a simple change to your Amazon account where every purchase made generates a donation in the amount 0.5% to Union Mission? It is very easy to do and it doesn’t require a new login, new passwords, or a change in your shopping settings in any way.
Here is all you need to do:
From a computer – enter smile.amazon.com into the address bar. If you are already logged in, it will ask a couple of questions and allow you to select your charity.
Please be sure to pick Union Mission Ministries located in Charleston WV (there are other Union Missions).
From your mobile device – In the amazon app, go to settings and activate Amazon Smile. You can then choose your charity.
Twice a year, Amazon will ask you to renew your charity. Other than that, there is nothing more to do. Now, 0.5% may not seem like a great deal of money, but if thousands of people decide to support Union Mission – that would be a game changer for us!
