Union Mission Ministries is excited to announce the 2016 Women On a Mission honorees. The recipients will be honored at a luncheon on May 19th at the Charleston Marriott Pavilion at 12:00 noon.
As an organization on a mission to serve others, Union Mission recognizes the importance of celebrating those who consistently dedicate their time, resources, talents and hearts to help others.
Recipients to be honored at the luncheon are:
- Michelle Foster, President and CEO for the Greater Kanawha Valley Foundation
- Brigadier General Paige B. Hunter, the first female Brigadier General in West Virginia
- Kimberly Lough, owner and operator of Just For Kids Dentistry
- Jenifer McAndrews, news anchor at WCHS Eyewitness News and Fox 11’s Eyewitness News
- Allison McJunkin, founder of McJunkin Law Firm and executive director of Education Elevators
- Selina Midkiff, founder and artistic director of Appalachian Children’s Chorus
“We are humbled to be able to honor the work and service of these remarkable women,” said Union Mission President and CEO, Rex Whiteman. “Through their accomplishments, these women have achieved, overcome and blazed a trail for other women with their leadership, volunteer efforts and service in their communities.”
The recipients will be honored at a luncheon on May 19th at the Charleston Marriott Pavilion at 12:00 noon. Tickets are $45 each.
