Bag number 3,000 was recently donated to Union Mission Thrift Store by Consigning Women’s clothing store of Cross Lanes. Since 2013 co-owners Stacey Corbin and Sandy Harper have been faithfully donating clothing from their ladies’ dress store. As items are brought to their store, the owners advise consignees that unsold clothing or clothing deemed unsalable may be returned to the consignee or may be donated to Union Mission. By far, the majority of the store’s consignees direct Corbin and Harper to donate to Union Mission.

“The clothing donated by Consigning Women is a real blessing to our store and to our customers,” says Union Mission’s Thrift Store Manager Melissa Coleman. “They are always clean, folded, and ready to go straight to the floor. Seeing clothes being dropped off always puts a smile on our faces.”

Union Mission extends its appreciation to these faithful donors.
