Dear Mission Quest Team,

With last year’s flood,  our food supply is dangerously low and we appreciate your efforts in helping us feed hungry people!

This year’s Mission Quest combines the benefit of a food drive with the fun of a scavenger hunt!  Participating teams will join together for a meaningful purpose – to help poor and hungry individuals and families throughout the area! 

Hunger remains one of the biggest challenges our community faces. Each night, thousands of people in the Kanawha Valley—and around our great state—go to bed on an empty stomach.  Because of people like you, Union Mission feeds approximately 30,000 people every month. This doesn’t include the 23,000 needy families that come to our Thanksgiving and Christmas distributions!

Enclosed is the Mission Quest Packet and includes event information and flyers to help promote your food collection.  Feel free to copy the flyer and distribute to your church family and friends.  Ask them to return the completed flyer to you to schedule a pickup. 

We are working diligently to make the 2017 Mission Quest a special day to help others and join together in celebration.  Thank you for joining these efforts!
