ABOUT UNION MISSION

Since 1911, Union Mission has been a ready, active hand of help to the needy of West Virginia. Our mission is “helping hurting people in Jesus’ name,” and as such, we unabashedly share the gospel of Jesus Christ even as we minister to the physical needs of the downtrodden. We have seen God work in amazing ways through our various ministries to improve lives and draw people closer to Him. All over our state, the Union Mission has gained a reputation of being there for those who have nowhere to turn.

Union Mission ministers in other ways as needed, particularly in times of emergency; flood relief, for example, has been an area of ministry in which the mission has participated significantly in recent years.

Union Mission receives absolutely no local, state, or federal support of any kind. Since 1911, our freedom to address the physical and spiritual needs of thousands of people has been purchased solely with the donations of those who choose to partner with us financially. We hope that you will support this ministry through prayer as well as donation and volunteering as we go about “Helping Hurting People in Jesus’ Name.”
